Our benefits program is designed to attract and retain the best people while providing a comprehensive, balanced, and competitive package. Provided below are the key elements of our program which encompass the well-care, long-term financial stability and contingency benefits which are crucial to the overall financial health of our people.
GROUP HEALTH & DENTAL INSURANCE
Pro-Build offers full medical and dental coverage to our employees and their eligible family members. This shared cost plan is funded by Pro-Build at over 70%.
LIFE INSURANCE
Pro-Build provides an amount equal to one (1) time the basic annual salary up to a maximum of $200,000 in coverage for salaried employees. Hourly employees are provided $20,000 of life insurance. All employees have the option to purchase additional life coverage in amounts of one, two, or three times your salary, and can purchase dependent coverage. Pro-Build also provides accidental death and dismemberment insurance to all its salaried employees.
LONG-TERM DISABILITY
In the event that an accidental injury or illness occurs, Pro-Build also provides its employees with long-term disability coverage. The monthly benefit is calculated on 60% of an employee's basic earnings with a maximum benefit of $10,000 a month. Pro-Build incurs the entire premium cost of this benefit.
PAID VACATION
Salaried employees are eligible for vacation based on a progressive scale that enables our long-term employees to achieve additional weeks of vacation through achieving certain levels of service.
PAID HOLIDAYS
In addition to paid vacation, employees receive additional days off with pay on most national holidays.
401(k) RETIREMENT SAVINGS PLAN
A 401(k) deferral plan is one of the best ways to save for your future. It combines the benefits of tax-deferred earnings, access to leading financial funds, and an additional company match. It lets you reduce your current tax base, increase your overall compensation, and save for retirement at the same time. Pro-Build offers a diversified portfolio of funds through the Bank of Oklahoma. As an employee you can contribute a percentage of your earnings, up to the maximum allowed according to Federal guidelines, on a pre-tax basis while the company will match 50% of your contribution on the first 6%. No matter what age you are or how close you are to retirement, it is never too early or too late to think about your financial future.
PAID SICK LEAVE AND SHORT-TERM DISABILITY
Paid sick leave and short-term disability benefits are provided to prevent employees from suffering significant loss of income during an illness. These benefits are provided at no cost to the employee.
EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE
Employees with a minimum of one year experience may qualify to receive reimbursement of tuition and books for approved courses or degree programs.
PROFIT-SHARING
Employees can receive a portion of their location's profits two times a year…in May, and right before Christmas.
